Our programs are designed for individuals aspiring to become entrepreneurs. This business development initiative focuses on building a startup from the concept stage to a viable solution that can be presented to potential investors.
Each session is led by business experts, and participants receive insights from mentors between sessions. To create and develop their future startups, participants must focus on sustainable development goals and find innovative solutions to global challenges.
Participants will not only receive training to become entrepreneurs but also learn how to build impact-driven businesses that benefit the environment, society, and the economy.
Excellence Incubation Program
A 10-week coaching program led by our experts, tailored for startups in the idea phase, early-stage, and mid-advance stage. Engaging in this comprehensive incubation program allows startups to benefit not only from our experts’ knowledge but also from the collaborative spirit of fellow entrepreneurs. At the Hub of Excellence Incubator, we have meticulously crafted a personalized program aimed at empowering women to embark on the journey of creating their startups. This 8-week program thoughtfully guides participants from the conceptualization stage to the tangible realization of their ideas. Recognizing the unique challenges and aspirations that women often face in the entrepreneurial landscape, our program places a strong emphasis on cultivating a supportive and nurturing environment. We believe that fostering a community of like-minded individuals can be instrumental in propelling women’s entrepreneurial ventures forward.

Recognizing the immense potential that students hold as the future innovators and leaders, our program is designed to provide them with the necessary tools, resources, and mentorship to transform their ideas into thriving ventures. We understand that the journey from an idea to a successful startup can be complex, and thus, our program serves as a compass to navigate this journey effectively. During this 5-week incubation, students will be immersed in a dynamic environment where they will receive hands-on guidance, attend specialized workshops, and interact with experienced mentors and industry experts.

Our team of experienced mentors and experts is readily available to provide virtual guidance, conduct online workshops, and offer tailored advice to help you navigate the challenges and opportunities of the entrepreneurial landscape.
Handi - start program
This program aims to provide comprehensive and personalized support to entrepreneurs and individuals with disabilities who wish to start their own businesses. It offers an inclusive environment that fosters innovation, creativity, and autonomy. Participants will benefit from resources, mentoring, and specific training to develop their entrepreneurial skills.

Program Phases
Ideation
and Planning
In the initial phase, we focus on turning your ideas into viable business concepts. This includes ideation discovery, business planning, marketing strategies, and branding development.
Financials and Product
Development
In the second phase, we help you refine your business by working on pricing, financial planning, prototype development, and a go-to-market strategy. You’ll also create a Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
Refinement and Pitching
and Pitching
The final phase involves refining your business and financial models. You’ll receive pitch coaching, practice your presentation, and deliver a 30-minute pitch to our expert judges. We also help you plan and implement your venture.
Virtual Access
Hub of Excellence Incubator has experience in delivering innovation programs both virtually and in person. Certain elements of the program, such as entrepreneurial talks and mentor sessions, are facilitated virtually and broadcasted live.
